Met up with Ed last night to see the Wayne Shorter Quartet at Yoshi’s. They were amazing!! Danilo Perez, John Patitucci, and Brian Blade. Going back for more tomorrow.

I’m in Milwaukee!! It’s a nice city from what I can tell, although I’m not going to be here long enough to really see it at all. I arrived here late Sunday night. Had a connecting flight from Denver on a small plane that had me wondering if I should even get on the plane. Each row had 3 seats. Arrived safely and checked into my hotel at around 11:30pm

Today was cold and wet. After work, I noticed I was driving by one of the Great Lakes, so I parked the car to take this shot of the Milwaukee Museum of Art, which looked closed.

You can just see Lake Michigan in the distance.
